Today I am grateful for homemade bread.

 Last week, I used the new cloche to bake a loaf of bread.

It was my first time using the cloche and was

happy at how it turned out.

It even tasted better than it looked....

and today I will try to bake another pretty loaf. Today is bread day!

(I try to bake a loaf each week)

It will be wonderful baking another loaf and perhaps try to make a special design with the lame?
