Today I am thankful for the quiet morning.

On Saturday, the Komen 5K race was exhausting but we did it!

Larry was the best support ever and together we did it.

Yesterday we slept in and it was glorious.

Larry and I chatted and had a good morning as we dressed for the day.

The day had been planned for months,

we had tickets for the Dallas opera

La Traviata.

We arrived early as usual, but I had planned ahead and brought a book.

My cousin has recently published a book of her treasured poetry.

Songs For the Land-Bound

By Violeta Garcia-Mendoza

(if you enjoy poetry, I highly recommend this wonderful book)

Larry and I had the best afternoon, poetry, La Traviata and then we went to Cappuccino's for dinner.

We shared wine and had our favorite dinners. It was perfect.

This morning, I am doing laundry, painting the greeting cards for Paris and listening to my French playlist.

Have you heard of Florent Pagny? His album BARYTON is playing, and it always inspires me. It is 20 years old and I never tire of it.

Can you hear me sigh?

Please have the most wonderful day.

Love you beyond the moon.
