The Rotten Limb

During the Texas storm on Saturday night/Sunday morning, a mulberry tree in our back garden, lost a major limb.

It was limb that was over 10 ft up into the tree and stayed partly attached.

It took Larry hours to bring the limb down and clean up what was on the ground.

He made the nicest piles on the sidewalk, so the trash men have no trouble picking up the old limb.

I went out this morning to take a few pictures and was photobombed by the neighborhood cat. (Finn)

The limb was starting to rot. And you can see it inside of the fresh cuttings. I think that the design is pretty.

Happy Monday. Today started off with dense fog and cool temps.

Please have a wonderful day.

Love you beyond the moon.
