Charlie Mae and Orange Cat

Yesterday, Monday, was a beautiful day.
The storms had passed,
and the day held a promise of being one filled with special moments.
Our daughter Lauren is training her new dog, Charlie Mae
and she invited us to take a short hike at a new location.

I was having a bad day physically, and that made it a great day to step outside of my "BOX" and get moving.
Lauren and Charlie Mae were well into "training" mode. It was interesting to see how trainer and dog worked together.

I walked 2 miles around the lake and even though, Charlie Mae was in training, I got to know her too. She is a wonderful dog.
Before going home, Lauren came by the cottage
and Charlie Mae met a new friend.
(Peeking out the patio door of course)
The new friend is a regular here, we just call him "Orange Cat.

I don't think that today will be as exciting as yesterday was.
But stay tuned, you never know!
Happy last day of April.
Please be happy.
Love you beyond the moon.
