The Yoga Tree

Photo: At the Mexican Casa

What a crazy week this has been. I had a few personal things to take care of and along with that, a few family questions arose. Larry being the awesome OCD guy that he is, brought out all of the "family" papers that he has filed away and we had a wonderful discussion about past events.

I am always surprised how time changes perception, or is it age? Whatever it is, it is wonderful to have a new outlook on events of the past.

After our lovely talk, Larry and I went to to dinner. There is a little Mexican restaurant in Plano that we have been going to for years. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is fun. It is almost like being in Puerto Vallarta.

Earlier in the day, I had Wednesday yoga class. As always it helped me stretch out the kinks and focus. Every month I take a picture of the yoga tree in the courtyard of the class. Here is this months version. Look at the buds!

Yesterday was a very good day. Life is good and I am blessed to be healthy and active.

Do you have a yoga tree in your life? (a tree that you watch bud  in the spring?)

Love you beyond the moon.
