The Picnic

It was a beautiful day yesterday. It was the kind of spring day that stays in your memory and lives in your heart for a long time.

Larry had a huge day at work and was very happy with his busy day. I love it when he is so pleased with how a "work" complication works out.

So, we celebrated the beautiful day with sandwiches at the lake.
It was "Giving Day" at Jersey Mikes.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is an American submarine sandwich chain that has been serving authentic Northeast-American style sub sandwiches since 1956. With over 2,000 locations across the United States, Jersey Mike’s is known for its freshly sliced ingredients, including onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, and spices. Their sandwiches are prepared Mike’s Way®, which means they follow a specific recipe to ensure a delicious and consistent flavor.

On giving day, Jersy Mikes donates 100% of the day's profits to charities and we always try tp participate.
Larry packed up the YEDI, ordered our sandwiches and off we went.

We had sodas, chips and sandwiches. We talked a lot and watched the sun change as the evening wore on. I forgot to bring my music, but it was ok.

There was a couple making out like crazy on the pier, but they left before I could get their picture. (good move)

Larry and I watched the sun go down on a beautiful Wednesday evening.

I wish you a beautiful sunset tonight.
Love you beyond the moon.
