The pale pink Christmas cactus is blooming in the dining-room. Larry brought it to me after #2 breast cancer treatment was complete 2 years ago. It brings good memories of another treatment FINISHED. I wish that I could share this feeling.
I baked bread early this morning. The studio smells lovely and the little loaves shout out for jambon and fromage.
The science of homemade bread always feels like magic to me. It even tastes special. Our sandwiches will be wonderful today.
Next project.....Vin Chaud.
One of these bottles is for Larry and myself (YAY!) and I will deliver the others to dear ones nearby.

The December full moon is this Friday, the 18th. It is going to be beautiful, unless it is raining.
Have a good day.
Love you beyond the moon.

Robin: I hope your day will be brighter today. I think the holidays dredge up "stuff". I think everything got here before I had time to process and except it.
We are going out to Needlefast Farms today to get our tree. I am hoping it helps me get into the spirit.
We had 70 mph winds last night and can see several white birch and ash trees have fallen down by the lake. I always tell Bill that God is doing some pruning and then he expects us to cut and stack. However, we do not have any snow and it was in the 60's yesterday -- unheard of in Michigan in December.
Hugs to Larry & have him hug you from me! love to you
