I took a camera to Philadelphia but did not use it.
The best photos showed up on my phone because that is the only camera I had with me most of the time.
The shot below is a photo taken on Larry's camera, then taken with my phone.

I think that this is one of my favorite shots from the entire trip and I did not even take it. It was taken by a waitress with Larry's camera and it is perfect. Larry and I were with my cousin Scott and his wife Mary at a charming bistro in Rittenhouse Square. The food was delicious and the company exceptional.
Yesterday was our first full day back at home. The Texas days are sunny and the State Fair just ended. Our friends and family have gone on with their lives, if we are here or not. (that is a good thing)
Today is work day. I honestly do not feel like painting, but I made a deal with myself. Tuesday and Thursdays. There are a few ideas that I have been thinking about...and today is a perfect day for prep-sketches. Fingers crossed that I will work up something that will be spectacular. Wink.
Have the best day. Please be kind to someone today.
Love you beyond the moon.
