Oh! The Knot

Larry bought a new suit yesterday. It took him fifteen minutes to pick it out and have it measured for alterations. He is such a good shopper.

I asked him if he needed a new shirt and tie?
He said: no.

Confession: I love looking at and shopping for men's ties. The fabrics and colors...even the styles are different. But the knot. A Windsor knot. Perfection.
(yes, Larry ties a perfect Windsor knot)

Just a thought.....
Neckties have always symbolized nobility, honor and order. Originating in 17th century Europe, Croatian mercenaries serving in France were the first to wear knotted neckerchiefs to signal their position and alliances. King Louis XIV of France admired the neckwear so much, he began wearing ties as a status style item.

I love a man when he is wearing a tie. LOVE IT.

Larry, (Larry reads blog every day) Larry, I admire how well you shop and wanted you to know that you look wonderful in your new, navy, Michael Kors suit. Thank you for taking me shopping with you. (next time, lets buy a new tie? XOX)
Love you beyond the moon.
