This is a recipe that Larry makes for picnics.
He does not cook or bake, but his appetizers are to die for.
This cheese ball is amazing.
Larry's Olive Cheese Ball
Ingredients
16 ounces of Philadelphia Cream Cheese- softened
2 heaping Tablespoons dry Ranch Dressing mix-spicy (but you can use the original of you like. Larry prefers the spicy)
3-4 Tablespoons pimento filled green olives- chopped
1/2 cup pecan pieces
Town House crackers

Mix together
cream cheese-
Ranch dressing-
olives
Form into a ball and roll in pecan pieces.
Wrap in Saran Wrap and put in fridge.
Make a few hours before serving or one day ahead.
Best served on Town House Crackers.

Larry made this for our Frankie Valli picnic last week.
It was delicious and so were the left overs.
