The Texas Rangers are in the ALCS playoffs!
Once again, they are working hard to get into the "Series".
Yesterday, they lost game #5 in Detroit,
meaning that they will play game #6 in Texas tomorrow.
They arrived home in the wee hours this morning.
Hundreds of fans were at the airport welcoming them home.
Wishing them luck, cheering, holding signs.
Many of the players walked past the crowd,
earphones and Ipod in hand, not looking at the people
and barely bestowing a casual wave.
REALLY?
Is this how you treat the people who always show up,
love you,
and
buy tickets no matter the price?
Without these fans, you would not make
that million dollar salary every year.
Perhaps next time, you can put the IPOD away,
and greet these people in the way they deserve?
