Today's Photo is of my current knit project.
I started it late yesterday morning
and it is more than half done.

The shawl I WAS knitting
had to be frogged.
The pattern I bought on Etsy
for the shawl had
incorrect instructions.
I paid $3.50 for that pattern!
Darn.

So, I started this sweet hat with
yarn that was in my stash.
(being iced in has its perks,
like sitting around knitting
while the front yard looks like an ice rink)
Anyone need a new hat?

Oh no! That sucks that the shawl pattern was a bust. Maybe there’s another shawl pattern for the yarn you bought. Hats are amazing….so quick and satisfying to make a whole piece so quickly!😍
