Years ago, our family was TEAM BELIEVE, and it was amazing.
Then I found a different cancer in the other breast, and I stopped believing for a while.
Since then, I have been trying to get healthy again.
(and doing great)
Today I did something.
I registered Larry and myself for the Plano, Komen 5K Walk tomorrow.
I did wait till the last minute!
Tomorrow I will be walking again.
It has been a long time, and I am ready to see old friends and make a difference.
TEAM BELIEVE's mission statement is:
Early Detection saves lives.
