The beret I am working on is slowly coming together.
My design sketch is on the tear away paper and my stitches take forever because the wool of the hat is so thick.

Each stitch takes coaxing because of the wool but it keeps me focused and hopeful that I will finish the beret before winter comes.

It is finally Friday, and I am glad.
This week feels like it went on forever.
Yesterday I exercised, worked on the beret and went to Half Price Books where I found two books that were on my TBR list, and cooked Larry my killer hamburgers for dinner.
It was a good day...today will be good too.
