Today I am grateful for snickerdoodle cookies.

Yesterday, we had visitors at The Cottage.
Our granddaughter Em, baked us cookies, and came for a visit with her mom and dog, Charlie Mae.

Em started school today and she came to hang out with us yesterday before she started 8th grade this year.
Em played chess with Larry. They had a $5.00 bet on the game.

They played a couple of games, Em won the $5.00.
Charlie Mae the sweetest puppy loves it at The Cottage.
And she loves Larry.

Rumor has it, Em made it to school on time this morning.
I wish her the happiest, most productive year this year!
8th grade will never be the same.

School is starting all around the country this week.
If you have kiddos starting school, I wish them the best year ever!

Love you beyond the moon.
