Sunday Dinner and a Movie

Yesterday was a good day. Larry worked in the garden while I prepared dinner.
Our Sunday menu was
Duck Confit
Mashed potatoes
Succotash
and for dessert:
Retro Strawberry Pretzel Jello Salad
(but it is really not a salad)
Our movie was, Pride and Prejudice, in honor of Donald Southerland.

How can it be the last week of June already?
The beautiful strawberry moon came and went,
the days are hot and the first day of summer arrived.
The days are now getting shorter, and we are all holding our breath as the political climate is changing.
