The French Ingredient~ You Can Pre-Order now!

Paris.
Each year Larry and I travel just to "get away" from everyday interruptions. While away we visit friends and family for some well needed time of connecting to the things in life that make us happy.

Included in each trip, are dinners with friends, prayers at our favorite cathedrals, shopping for things we cannot buy in the states, eating amazing food, going to visit special ART at museums and of course, taking a cooking class.

Years ago, I discovered a cooking school in Paris-France, (La Cuisine Paris) and we took our first class. It was a success! (Larry cooked!)
The cooking school is a MUST if you are visiting Paris and is the quintessential activity for any Paris visit.
The school is centrally located in the city, The chefs that teach the classes speak English and the staff always makes you feel like you are family.

I am speaking about Jane Bertch.
Jane owns La Cuisine Paris and is the perfect bridge between her students and the city of Paris.
AND she has written a book!

Jane, being the brave soul that she is, opened a cooking school in the middle of Paris...and she is American. La Cuisine Paris is such a success and a wonderful experience.
Now, Jane has written a book. It is to be released in April, but you can pre order it on Amazon now, here is the link.
(I have ordered our copy!)

I am thrilled for Jane. She is such a special person and I know that her book will be very special too.(her story is wonderful)
