I am totally down and out with a cold today.
Larry is being sweet by bringing me medicine and water.
I did miss yoga class this morning and I am sitting at my desk staring into space like an idiot. My Mother used to call that being "Dreamy Eyed".
But, I did find this lovely poster... and since the sea turtle is my spirit animal, I thought that I would share it.
The only thing I would add to the list above,
is to sanitize your hands often.
