Ribbons And Pillows

I have been getting my entries ready

 for the 2023 Texas State Fair.

I haven't entered anything in awhile

and 

it feels like a fun, new adventure,

 All of the entry information, delivery 

and pick up dates have been published

and I am ready!

When we lived in Memphis, I entered the Mid South Fair often.

There are a few ribbons in a drawer somewhere from there.

When we moved to Texas I started entering the fair.

My girls were littles then and it was a good outlet for me.

Once a long time ago,

I designed a pillow and worked on it all spring.

I entered it in the fair that year and won a ribbon.

The pillow still has a place in The Cottage.

I wonder what this year's fair will be like?
