Yesterday was a productive day. Larry was out of town and I got a lot done till a head ache set in.
I walked my "health" walk, painted, worked on a few assorted projects and read. BUT the head ache was nagging. I was running a low grade fever....and then I remembered that I had my 4 month vaccine for covid on Tuesday! How could I have forgotten that? (I feel great today)
On my walk, I noticed that our neighborhood grows Queen Anne's Lace in the street.
Texans consider this a weed. I am from Philadelphia and it is a wild flower there. This time of year. fields and fields of beautiful Queen Anne's lace covers the country side. But in Texas, it grows in the street!
The meaning of Queen Anne's Lace: Because the flower is sometimes referred to as “bishop's flower,” it symbolizes safety, sanctuary and refuge. Although another interpretation is due to the flower's resemblance to a bird's nest when it goes to seed—it then becomes the perfect symbol of the sanctuary of a happy home.
Last night for dinner I went to Two Rows restaurant. The restaurant is across from the Allen Outlet Mall, where the shootings happened last week...it is one of our favorite places, the food is wonderful and the vibe is warm and welcoming.

It is cloudy today. The zinnias that Larry planted last week are sprouting and spring is finally here. Are you ready for summer?
Love you beyond the moon.
