It is very cold here today and am trying to get a few things done at my work table. (BUT I am not interested on working on anything)
Yesterday, I went to yoga class....and because I skipped my 2 mile walk on Valentine's Day, I also walked.
It doesn't happen often, but I wanted to stay in bed this morning. It was so nice and warm, but I had to get up...the guy was coming to service our heater (just the winter check up) and can you believe that he was here exactly on time at 9?
I am bundled up, and ready to go walk. It is to cold to go to the lake today, so I am going to the rec center and the trusty treadmill.
Hot Chocolate is the word of the day!
