It was beautiful yesterday, (and the kitchen window was bright and cheery) but cold outside. I wore my old Irish sweater and looked like a wooly bear all day, but it helped with my chill. Is there anything quite as wonderful as an old, beat up sweater that you have worn for years?
The rec center was all geared up for their "Heart Month" activities.

The red balloons were as cheerful as the philodendron in my kitchen window. God was telling me to cheer up and get moving because I really did not want to be there. I had to exercise and it was to cold outside for two miles. Soooo, it was treadmill time.
After I started, I grabbed my phone and took this photo. The timing was accidental.

I'm not even sure what I was watching but I felt just like that man on the screen. I am not a treadmill fan, but it is best on the cold days. (hot days too!)
I walked 2 miles. . I walk 2 miles, 4 times a week...and do yoga on Wednesdays.
I came home, worked on an afghan that I am making as a gift and it is almost finished! I drank hot chocolate (out of the mug I bought at the Louvre in Paris this year and felt quite homesick)

AND, I read. Spare. It is very interesting. Maybe I will share my thoughts another day...but for today I have a morning date with Larry and have to scoot.......(promise to share more later!)
Please have the best weekend.
Love you beyond the moon.
