Happy Monday.
The bad news is.......It is cold and icy here today and the gloomy weather is expected to last a few more days with icy roads and school closings.
The good new is......because of family circumstances, our granddaughter Matilda is here for a few days with her Mastiff dog, Ellie.
Ellie had never been here before, and she is doing wonderfully getting to know the cottage and our routine.
Matilda, on the other hand has spent most of her life coming here and is showing Ellie the ropes.

We have only one more day to January 2023. I am glad as I am not a fan of the month. But I did find the sweet quote below...
