New Chef Valentine Recipe

 Chef tried a new recipe on Sunday. It was so good that it is being shared here... The original recipe comes from  Diana Steger. Thanks Diana.


Spicy Pork Tenderloin

1-3 Tablespoons of Chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground thyme

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)

Combine the first 5 ingredients: rub over the pork tenderloins. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours.

Grill over medium hot indirect heat for 25-40 minutes. The meat thermometer should read 160 degrees.


Chef served the pork with red potatoes and caprese skewers. Delicious.
