Give A Girl The Right Shoes And She Can Conquer The World

Yesterday I started the great re-organization process. Starting in my clothes closet, because I participated in the 30 days donation event, my clothes are ok for now, but the shoes. OH! the shoes.

Photo: The great shoe donation

Perhaps it is just me, but, there is something sentimental about deciding what shoes to keep and what shoes to donate? So far, I have donated 1/2 of the shoes. that's enough. For now.

Next, I will clean out the ART supply and craft closet. I'm feeling a bit guilty because I have just bought a few vintage (new to me) dress patterns.

Larry and I are booked to go to the beach later this spring and plan to make a few dresses for special evenings. I found this sweet pattern on ETSY. It is dated 1988 and it has such classic lines, that it will make a great  dress for the evenings.

Photo: I love the sleeveless version best.

The beach! I can hardly imagine it. Larry is awesome about planning for the future. It helps him stay positive. I on the other hand, well, I am having trouble planning an hour from now, let alone months away.

The world is crazy. I keep saying to myself:

Robin... Stay patient-Be Kind.

There is certainly a lot of "hate" out there and have seen people, strangers, argue in public. I found the wonderful poster below....

Maybe it will help you like it helps me.

I better get busy and finish the shoe part of re-organizing. It will look so good and feel amazing when it is finished.

Have a wonderful day! XOX

Love you. Me
