A Night To Remember

Hello. How are you? Are you sad that the holidays are over?
I don't think that I am sad.
Being ready to tackle 2022, head first, has always been my intent
but
Today, January 3rd it feels like such a huge job.

*****
Yesterday, someone whom I follow on IG started a newsletter. To receive it, you must have a subscription. So, I bought a subscription
(in EUROS)
but could not get onto her site.
Today AE (American express) shows that the purchase is not even pending.
Why do things like this feel daunting to me?
Is it my age?
Or have I been spoiled with how easy Internet transactions have become?

*****
For Christmas, Larry gave me Frankie Valli.
Well, he really gave me tickets for the play Jersey Boys.
We have seen the play numerous times
and since I am a fan....to see it anytime is a treat.
We went into Dallas last night for dinner and theater.

We drove into town at sunset and the skyline was beautiful.

We had dinner, at the theater and the salad was fabulous.

And then it was show time.
It was a freezing cold day in Dallas but inside it was warm and the show never disappoints.

After the play,
Larry and I walked with the crowds  to the car.
The night air was freezing
 and
music from Jersey Boys resonated in us.
January 3rd, 2022.
(Tackling the new year, in my own way)
A night to remember.
Love you beyond the moon.
Me
