I had the most amazing Mothers Day.
{one that I will always remember}
Larry and I were taking care of our grand daughter for the weekend.
Days were busy while Matilda at almost 10 months old,
is
discovering the world around her.
Learning to communicate,
walking while trying to balance,
and
eating big girl food.
SO
Matilda and I had a Mothers Day discussion.
She would pick out a recipe from her favorite
Pioneer Woman cook book,
{and I would get all of the ingredients}
then we would make a special dinner for when her parents come home.
Matilda was in charge of the rosemary.
She put the rosemary in the Crock Pot, at the right time.
Dinner for Lauren & Josh was looking perfect.
It was then when Larry got out a little journal that we are keeping,
and we traced her hand print, and then she made a card for her Mother.
Matilda was so much fun, she loved the entire adventure.
We had such a special time...
It takes my breath away.
Larry and I were in the country with Matilda
and
Jami had to work...
I cannot wait to get my Mothers Day hug from Jamison today.
Being a Mom is my most favorite job of all.....
