PERSPECTIVEPerspective is such a clinical term
for something
so..
personal.
Perspective can be an ART term
or
a comment on your personal view of a subject.
Yesterday,
at church, the woman in front of me
wore the biggest, pinkest, frilliest hat
that I have ever seen in my life.
She paired it with a pink blazer and black slacks.
The wardrobe is quite unimportant,
I mention it only because,
I listed to the entire EASTER sermon,
while looking through the
brim, tulle, silk flowers and ribbon
of that huge pink hat.
I hate to admit this, but during the sermon,
I could not concentrate.
It reminded me
of when I was a little girl,
and Mother would make our Easter hats.
I am one of three daughters.
Mother was creative, beautiful, kind and she loved us.
It was Easter Sunday, and I sat behind the pink hat lady remembering,
Having a new hat, a beautiful new dress
(Often made by Mother, as she sewed and had taken millinery classes)
white gloves, anklet socks, where the heels would ride down into my black patent leather shoes.
Often, I would sneak Easter candy into
a small purse and nibble during church.
Perspective!
Other people might remember things a bit differently.
Moments in your life are exactly that.
Your life.
(secret:always remember the fun things!)
~~~
The pink hat lady was a wonderful gift to me,
She let me look back
and smile.
~~~
Love you.

Fruitful Tuesday

TUESDAY TRIVIA Black Tuesday, in the United States, refers to October 29, 1929, part of the great Stock Market Crash of 1929. This was the Tuesday after Black Thursday. The crash is said to have marked the start of the Great Depression. Patch Tuesday is the second Tuesday of every month when Microsoft releases patches for their products. Some system administrators call this day Black Tuesday. Shrove Tuesday (also called Mardi Gras - fat Tuesday) precedes the first day of Lent in the Western Christian calendar. Super Tuesday is the day many American states hold their presidential primary elections. Tuesday is also known as the new Thursday among certain groups of New York influencers ~~~~~ It is going to be warm today! Imagine the patio door open. Fresh air, slight breezes, with just a bit of a chill to the air. November in Dallas! It is Tuesday. It seems that I have so much to do that when I woke at 3 AM, I got up and got busy. Have you ever noticed that when you are extremely tired the agitations in your life seem so meaningless. I think that your body filter weeds out the insane people, minor difficulties & rude moments. You can focus on the positive ideas, and plans, so that you can move forward, and achieve success. Mother Nature is such a wonder. May your day be filled with Mother Nature's glory. Love you. Me
