Today is ......National Argyle Day
When I read these headlines, my mind almost exploded.
What's up with the world these days? I honestly was looking for current events, but true to form, weird news popped up. Our world is now a circus.
When I did find the "real" current events, I was even more confused. When Larry and I talked about the headlines, I came to one conclusion. I am 70 years old and do not have to put up with this nonsense for much longer.
I have decided to view the news as a circus, finding the humor in every headline.
AND....
started a new jigsaw puzzle.

That always works. A new jigsaw puzzle thrown onto the dining room table is the most wonderful distraction.
What is your perfect distraction? (and why?)
Please comment below so everyone can see.
Please stay warm today, a snowstorm is coming to Texas tomorrow.
Love you beyond the moon.

Definitely uncharted waters we are swimming in and I hate the water, but the thing to keep in mind is as crazy as the news might come across, you only need to focus on what your day looks like, what you can do to make it a good day, and what you can do to help make someone else's day a little better. The crazies will remain crazy; the rude and insensitive will remain rude and insensitive; the liars will lie; and the greedy will continue to collect all that they can regardless of the impact that might have on others. We could not change that before, we cannot change it now, and we will not be able to change that tomorrow. We can be the best we can and treat others with respect and dignity, regardless of their station in life. That is how we will get through this mess....
