Oh! The Dreaded Puzzle

Yesterday was a typical Monday. Laundry, chores and straightening things up. Good grief, it sure needs it. I have gotten rather hap-hazard with my cleaning duties the past couple of years. But does it REALLY matter?

I did take an hour to read (the book title is "Perfect" by Rachel Joyce) Did you see I am posting a monthly reading list on the sidebar?----->

I also knitted and worked on the worst puzzle in the world. We bought the puzzle in April, waiting till we came home from the beach to work on it. The darn thing has been in the dining room table for AGES. It is a Matisse painting. I love the painting. Hate the puzzle but  try to get at least one piece in a day. HAHA and with Larry being so colorblind....he is no help at all. It is like working on a one color jigsaw puzzle.

Larry has finished booking our fall holiday. Can you believe that it is the  2023 trip? It feels so far away, but real at the same time. The dates are booked! (Anne-Marie, please write to me, we have dinner plans to make!)

This is one of my favorite photos from last November, 2022. We went to afternoon tea at George V. It was wonderful. We recommend it. I am looking for a place to go for afternoon tea this year..if you have a suggestion please shout. We try to go to a new place each year.

Well. Enough daydreaming. I am changing the linens today and started a new watercolor for my book. Oh, yes and there is that dreaded puzzle.

Have a good Tuesday. Life is really good.

Love you beyond the moon.
