The Auburn Fire

Today, my thoughts are with our friends in South Dakota.

The Auburn Fire has consumed 500 acres.

The flames are very near Rapid City...

and the beautiful Black Hills.

 I love South Dakota. A positive, strong, spirit oozes out of the mountains. The sky is the most beautiful blue and the people are tenacious and kind.

Today and until the fire is out, I will have the land and people in my thoughts.

Yesterday was a beautiful day in Texas.

I walked around the lake to clear my mind

and

 heated up left overs for dinner.
Why does food taste better a day after you prepared it?

There are 80 days left till Christmas.
