Sunday Dinner and Football Game

Yesterday, in Texas, was a beautiful day with storms expected.
Larry and I went to church, I did laundry, we did chores and then picked up Chinese "take away" for dinner and we watched the Cowboys football game while eating.

The Cowboys won and the game was fun to watch.

Then we got ready for the storm.
Larry was given a solar generator, we have lanterns and a few things that we have gathered after the huge storm in February that we had ready for the evening.
The storms hit around 10:00 pm with huge winds and rain.

The storm lasted 30 minutes and then was over.
We were very lucky, because north of us, in  Oklahoma
they had more difficult storms to contend with.

It is a beautiful Monday in Texas.
My desk is cluttered
 and
my melancholy is at a 7.
Autumn always does this to me.
It is the beginning of this years ending.
(October is a pip of a month, health-wise for me)
Do you have a favorite season?
 Love you beyond the moon.
