Unfinished Works Of ART Day

I have started blog three times this morning. (Blogging usually in the past tense, sharing YESTERDAYS moments) But the backspace button is getting a great work-out. I honestly cannot concentrate.

Sitting back in the chair, I looked into one of the mirrors across from me,  that Larry has collected over the years. It is dull, the frame is very old and gold leafed. I tape up quotes and scripture, photos that Matilda has taken, gifts from friends remind me how I am cared for and  my calendar screams appointments at me like a drill sergeant. Perhaps there is to much going on for me to concentrate on the blog today?

My hair is pulled back and I have on a TACOCAT t-shirt.(TACOCAT spelled frontwards and backwards is the same!)

Junk clothes, because today is painting day. I paint on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is usually a special, creative time.

But, I think that I am blocked. Blocked from everything creative.

Just found this quote...
All of us have felt creatively blocked at one time or another. Creative block—or creative crisis as I also call it—can simply be feeling uninspired in your life. It can show up as being unsure of your life's purpose. Or, creative crises can be the excuses you make to not take time for your dreams or pursuits.

Wow.  Do they have medication for that?

Today should be a personal holiday, celebrating unfinished works of ART everywhere!

Happy UWOA Day! September 14th.

Love you beyond the moon.
