Thank You Veterans

Happy Veterans Day.

When I think about the wonderful people 

who have put their lives on hold

 to protect our lives, rights and world,

I want to cry.

The unselfishness touches the depths of my heart.

One rainy day about 10 years ago,

I sat on bleachers at Lackland AFB in San Antonio.

Watching, 250 young adults 

pledge to give their lives for this country.

It was the single most patriotic moment of my life.

I did cry.

My daughter was taking the pledge that day.

Your sacrifice is priceless 

as is every other veterans sacrifice for this country.

Thank you does not seen quite enough......
