The Test Kitchen is Open

The weekend went by very fast,
It feels as if it almost did not exist.
And,
today {I am sorry to say} feels like a blue Monday.
Last week, I tested this cake recipe,
took a photo and hid it away for a day just like today.
Please try it,
enjoy it,
and
know that in 24 hours this day will be over
and
tomorrow will be perfection!
HONEY BUN CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325
Grease and flour 13X9" baking dish

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil water and sour cream. In separate bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of batter in baking dish. Sprinkle half of cinnamon mixture over batter and swirl in. Pour remaining batter in pan and sprinkle with rest of cinnamon sugar and swirl it in.
Bake for 40 min or till cake tests done.

HONEY BUN GLAZE
4 Tablespoons milk
2 cups Confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine together and pour over HOT cake.
