There is nothing quite like a newborn baby to remind us
what a miracle life truly is.
Innocence, love & trust.
Often, these things adults forget.
My wish for Miss Matilda, is,
that as she grows and becomes the amazing woman we all know she will be,
may she be a reminder to us
of all things good, fair and honest.
May she bring joy to those who love her.
May she always see the good in people,
and
may her eyes always light up with the wonder of world.
May her heart always be full,
and
if she ever experiences sadness, may it short lived,
and
forgiveness swift.
This morning, while Lauren was recovering from a c-section,
Josh introduced Jami, Larry & me to his daughter.

The world was perfect at that moment.
