Trouble Radar

I am glad that it is Friday.
I am
tieing up loose ends from the week
 and
 getting ready for the weekend.
Larry's Friday started hours ago.
On Friday mornings he gets up early (5 am ish)
and takes care of "Regional" responsibilities in his home office,
then he goes to the office in Dallas, where he is VP.
It is 6:30. He just left for Dallas.

So much is happening in my life.
Focusing has been an effort,
and
there is absolutely no room for foolishness in the days.
I am usually an optimist, but any other feeling is a shock for me.

Here is the BEST part....
 Friends.
How is it, that good friends have trouble radar?
They gather, comfort, support and share.
They become empathetic, and kind.
They notice that you need a friend,
They are selfless.
They have enough heart to share.
I am blessed beyond belief to have the most wonderful friends in the world.

HERE IS MY HAPPY HINT

Buy bubbles.
Buy the kind with a long thin wand like mine,
and be patient.
This wand takes a little practice....
but well worth it.
When Libby and I are in the garden,
Libby sniffs each blade of grass and takes forever to be a good girl.
I prune herbs, sweep the patio,
putz around looking at sunflowers
and
blow bubbles.

There is a song that I have been thinking of....
and using the one line I knew...
Googled it, here it is....

There's a wonderful place called tomorrowland
And it's only a dream away

And the moment you get to tomorrowland

                                     You'll forget about today.

                                      You'll be walking on clouds,

                                     You'll forget every care,
And your troubles, like bubbles, will vanish in air
Ask me how do you get to tomorrowland
Close you eyes, make a wish and you're there.

    Music: Harry Warren

I had only good thoughts remembering this song,
but when I looked it up and read it,
it is quite sad.
Do you know movie it is from?
(answer below)

It is time to punish myself with a 4 mile power walk.
It is that time of day that reminds me what life is all about.
The basics of your heart beating as your body struggles
in 85 degree temps and 4 blasted miles.
Merde!
That sounds so disgusting!
I better go before I change my mind.
Love you,
Me
