A Date

Once a week,
Larry and I go to or meet at our favorite Italian Cafe
to
share a salad, pizza, wine
and talk about our week.

Last night,
after a day filled with bad storms,
and
difficult memories,
we shared our dinner.
(and made an interesting observation)
*Please Don't Eat the Daisy's
is my favorite comfort movie.
When I am sick in bed or have a migraine,
The CD is played.
Extreme comfort.
(the above poster is the French version, in my collection)*
Last night at dinner, Larry said,
Do you know the scene in Daisy's, when Doris & David meet
at the cafe to share wine and chat?
I said yes.
He said, That is US!
How funny, and I thought that he never watched the movie.
Having a weekly date with somone who listens
to you and your heart,
is the most wonderful thing in the world.
***
Love you.
