I made it through today.
Kind of.
Pug O Ween was a success.
Over 700 people attended.
We came home and I roasted lamb chops
on
the Big Green Egg.
The grill was very hot.
Marinated chops went onto the cooking pan.
30 minutes and they were done.
Served with mashed potatoes, asparagus,cranberry bread...
and
Gravy made after I deglazed the pan the chops cooked in.
Wine, chosen by Larry, was perfect.
Chocolat was our movie for today.
I have my robe on.
It is time for a reflexology appointment....
I am exhausted.
