Last month we had a few home fix-ups done.
Much of the original cedar wood was replaced on the cottage.
A new roof protects us.
There is a new mailbox and mailbox post.
And many new annuals, herbs and shrubs.
During all of the work,
I was in and out of the front door often.
Some one, during the busy days,
Left a gift in the entry.
Meet Garfield.
He is made of concrete, and weighs about 50 pounds.
I think that he sat in the front entry for 2 days before I noticed him.
He now is in the back garden, protecting the roses.
