Mentha

Today the garden is welcoming a new variety of herb.

Mint.

I have never had mint in the garden,

till now.

My favorite aperitif uses mint,

and since we have a dinner party coming up,

I can just go into the garden

and harvest mint.

*Limoncello*
(the most wonderful of all Italian drinks)

Crush 2 leaves of mint into glass.

Add crushed ice

1 part Limoncello

to

2 parts Pellegrino water

Stir well
