Grandparents Day

was a special person in my life.

As a teen ager and adult, no matter where I was living, we exchanged many 

letters to each other. 

There were occasions when she would 

send me a telegram.

 (Wedding and birth of babies)

She always held me accountable for my manners 

and always listened to me when 

I needed to share a thought 

or opinion with her.

I believe she helped shape the person I became.

I loved and respected her very much and even now, there are times when I feel her close to me.
