While in Paris, Larry and I go to a favorite
bistro very often.
This year, with my Boeuf à Bourguignon,
Claude, the manager of the bistro,
sent mustard to our table.
It was the best mustard I have ever had.
It is made in Dijon, and is a little spicy.
After dinner on our last night in Paris,
Claude wrapped up a container
of this mustard for me to bring home.
(how sweet is THAT?)
Last week, here in Texas,
we used the mustard with our pork medallions.
Perfection.
