Toast and Butter

 Yesterday, as the bad storms approached Dallas,

 I baked a loaf of bread to distract myself.

It was a new bread recipe, 

and I did not have to knead it.

(because of an injured right hand)

The new recipe is wonderful.

Even when my hand is 100% healed, this will be my go to bread recipe.

My favorite thing to do with a loaf of homemade bread is.....

Make toast and butter it with French butter.
