Larry often brings me flowers.
It is his love language.
It is his way of saying things to me
without really saying them.
It has been a difficult few weeks for me.
The unfortunate Hawaiian accident
and a few personal things
have brought me down. Really down.
Yesterday he brought me pussy willows
They remind me of being a little girl in Philadelphia. They remind me of happy carefree times.
They remind me of Easter and the renewal that happens each spring.
They remind me that sometimes I have no control over what happens in my life.
They remind me how much Larry loves me.
They remind me how beautiful life truly is.
