Larry and I have been daydreaming about France lately.
The autumn trip is booked and now we are deciding on a few activities. (such as a cooking class)
Each year we take a class at La Cuisine Paris and it is always a highlight of our trip.
La Cuisine is wonderful and we are always impressed with the classes we have to choose from and the instructors are very well trained. Larry is hanging over the web site daily, waiting for new classes during the times we will be in Paris this year.
(Last years class was spectacular! We made baguettes)
I wonder what class we will take this year?
