The African Violet
Violet sits in the kitchen window and soaks up the afternoon sun.
The beauty of her colors always surprises me.
I have many plants, but African violets are special.
This photograph was taken yesterday, about 2 hours after I bought a new phone.
I was testing the camera on the phone and the photo turned out better than expected.
Now I can look at life through a new lens so to speak.
