Two Desserts

It was a nice weekend. It was in fact, perfect.

On Saturday we celebrated our son in laws 50th birthday with a small dinner party. I cooked dinner, he opened gifts, and we all had the most wonderful evening.
Oh, and to celebrate 50 years, I made two desserts.

Two desserts are always best for birthday parties...It was fun getting ready to celebrate Josh and 50 years of life.
*****

Because each year, Larry and I try to see all of the Oscar nominated moves of the year, when it gets to this time of year, we see the movies that we have somewhat avoided earlier.

We saw "Zone Of Interest" on Sunday.
It was very sad, but beautifully filmed and very interesting.
I will not say much about it, and not spoil it.... but all Americans should see it.

Sunday night, Super Bowl night, Larry and I went to our favorite Italian Bistro for dinner. We escaped the football vibes and sat in a quiet corner at Cappuccino's Bistro and had a wonderful evening.

Larry had chicken piccata.... and I had the sole. The night was dreary and was drizzling outside but we had the best evening ever.

Please have the BEST day.
Know that sharing your special moments make others feel included.
Love you beyond the moon.
