The Ginkgo Tree~2023

Photo: Robin, Paris 2023- Pont Neuf Paris, FR

Each year, Larry takes a photo of me at
"The Ginkgo Tree",  Pont Neuf, Paris.
The tree is stunning and has the most amazing fall foliage.
When we visit, the leaves are at a different point of falling and browning. It is beautiful and fascinating.

While in Paris this year, one day, at lunchtime,
I took my knitting and sat in the park where this beautiful tree lives.
It was also lunchtime for the local school kids and we all shared the park together. The teen agers fed the pigeons ,
teased each other and were so happy and positive.
The girls said bonjour to me and the boys nodded.
I kept knitting and watched the leaves fall from my favorite tree.

When the school kiddos left and my hands were getting to cold to knit, I grabbed a few leaves and went back to the apartment.
The stolen leaves were for my journal.
Photo: My Journal is filled with wonderful memories.

My journal is filled with wonderful things from
 special moments like this.
I found this quote:
"Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky"
Have a happy, happy day.
Love you beyond the moon.
