Mug And Crane

Larry and I are home from a wonderful weekend on Cape Cod. Usually I am ready to be home and get our life back to normal. BUT not this time.

We had such a good trip, so many special moments with many special people....I really did not want to come home.

When I was a teenager, my family moved to Bartlett Tennessee. The young couple that lived across the street were expecting a baby. I was that baby's first babysitter.(and we have stayed in touch over the years.) That baby, now a charming woman, got married in Harwich Mass this past weekend.

My daughter Lauren, her husband and our granddaughter also came to the Cape for the wedding. (we missed Jamison & Jared)

Larry and I stayed at the nicest place....The Pelham on Earl in Harwich. We highly recommend it. (they only have 27 rooms)

We are home. I am doing laundry and the roof men are here to give us new decking and a new roof.

I am tired and sad. I had been looking forward to Laurel and Sean's wedding for months and I am sad that weekend is over. (it was the sweetest, most beautiful wedding)

Please have the most wonderful day that you can imagine.

Love you beyond the moon.

Me
